Nudge For Me (“Nudge For Me,” “Nudge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is provided by the team behind Snoooz and is designed to help users find missed follow-up opportunities in their email conversations and create draft follow-ups.
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, authentication details, region selection, referral code, plan, usage limits, notification preferences, and support communications.
Mailbox and email data
When you connect Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Yahoo, iCloud, or another IMAP mailbox, Nudge may process email content, subject lines, sender and recipient information, timestamps, thread identifiers, draft identifiers, message metadata, mailbox connection status, and attachments when you enable attachment-related features.
Nudge focuses on sent conversations and related thread history to determine whether a conversation appears to be waiting for a reply and whether a follow-up may be useful.
OAuth tokens and credentials
For Gmail and Outlook connections, OAuth tokens are stored securely so Nudge can perform the mailbox actions you authorize, such as reading relevant thread history, creating drafts, detecting replies, and updating status. For IMAP connections, mailbox credentials or app passwords may be stored in encrypted form where required to provide the service.
Usage and diagnostic information
We may collect logs, usage events, scan summaries, draft creation status, error messages, credit usage, notification events, device/browser information, and approximate technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
2. How we use information
- Provide and operate Nudge For Me.
- Find email conversations that may need a follow-up.
- Classify opportunities and filter out noise.
- Create follow-up drafts inside your mailbox.
- Detect when a recipient replies, a draft is sent, or a draft is deleted.
- Send product, referral, credit, scan result, weekly recap, and mailbox issue notifications if enabled.
- Provide support, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
3. AI processing
Nudge uses AI to classify conversations, summarize relevant thread context, and generate suggested follow-up drafts. AI outputs are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing drafts before sending them unless you explicitly enable automatic draft or sending behavior where available.
We do not use your email content, mailbox data, or drafts to train public foundation models.
4. Google API disclosure
Nudge For Me’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
5. Data storage and regional processing
Nudge may offer Global and EU regions. Your selected region may determine where core application data, mailbox metadata, OAuth tokens, scan results, AI processing, and backend infrastructure are hosted or processed. Some third-party providers may process limited data in other regions as needed to provide the service.
6. Subprocessors and service providers
We rely on trusted providers to operate the service, which may include Google Cloud, Firebase, Google Gemini, Google Workspace APIs, Microsoft Graph, SendGrid or another email notification provider, analytics/error monitoring tools, payment providers, and mailbox providers you connect.
7. Data retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may disconnect mailboxes or request deletion of your account data as described in our Data Deletion page.
8. Your choices
- Disconnect or reconnect your mailbox.
- Pause Nudge.
- Choose notification preferences.
- Enable or disable automatic draft creation where available.
- Request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect data, including encrypted transport, secure credential handling, access controls, monitoring, and cloud infrastructure controls. No system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Nudge For Me is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the service, by email, or on this page.
