Does NudgeForMe send emails automatically?+
New accounts start in draft mode. Nudge creates drafts in your mailbox so you can review, edit, send or delete them. Automatic draft creation is optional and can be changed in settings.
Does Nudge use conversation context or only time?+
It uses both, but silence alone is not enough. Nudge reads the relevant conversation context to determine whether a reply was actually expected and whether the thread still appears open. It filters out closing notes, FYIs, newsletters, obvious no-reply messages, and completed conversations.
What happens to my email content after it is scanned?+
Nudge processes only the conversation content needed to evaluate an opportunity or create a draft. Customer emails are not used to train AI models, and Nudge does not retain a permanent copy of your full mailbox. It stores only the minimum data needed for selected opportunities and follow-up workflows. Read our privacy policy for more details.
Does Nudge process OTPs or unrelated sensitive emails?+
Nudge is designed around sent conversations and relevant replies. OTPs, verification codes, newsletters, and unrelated mailbox messages are filtered out and are not used to create follow-up opportunities or drafts.
What security and compliance standards protect NudgeForMe? +
NudgeForMe is built and operated by the Snoooz team using the same infrastructure, OAuth clients, access controls, and security management processes used by Snoooz. Snoooz maintains a SOC 2 Type II report and is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Because NudgeForMe was launched after the current audit period, it will be formally included in Snoooz’s next annual audit scope. NudgeForMe also follows Snoooz’s data-minimisation, access-control, and GDPR privacy practices. Customer emails are not sold or used to train AI models.
Which mailboxes are supported?+
Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Yahoo, iCloud and other IMAP mailboxes. Gmail and Outlook have the deepest native thread support.
Does Nudge re-check before an automatic follow-up is sent?+
Yes. Before an automated follow-up, Nudge re-checks the mailbox and stops or reschedules when it detects a reply, an out-of-office response, a bounce, or a message asking you to follow up later. Drafts sent manually from your native mailbox remain under your control.
Can I include the previous email thread?+
Yes. All plans can choose whether drafts include previous thread context. Pro users can also ask Nudge to include attachments from earlier sent messages when possible.
Can I control the writing style?+
Yes. Pro users can add custom writing instructions. All users can choose cadence, block emails or domains, and mark opportunities as good or dismissed so the product learns what is useful.
How do referrals work?+
Share your invite link. Friends get bonus credits when they sign up, and you earn credits when they connect a mailbox and activate Nudge.
Do I need a card to start the Pro trial?+
Launch trials are handled through Stripe so your subscription is created securely. You can manage or cancel billing from NudgeForMe settings before the trial ends.
Is this part of Snoooz?+
NudgeForMe is a separate focused product from the Snoooz team. It shares email infrastructure and experience with Snoooz, but the product is designed specifically for missed follow-ups.
